I'd seen this stencil in 2011 (I think) in that alley way in Wednesbury town centre near 'Clippers'. It has been painted over since then. However, I saw this near St Mary's Catholic School which is exactly the same stencil. I'm not sure how long it's been there though. Hopefully there will be some more stencils around Wednesbury soon.
